Dominic (Dom) Loffredo works for a company that provides coaching to Elder Law Firms nationwide. He and his wife, Isabella, along with their daughters, Magnolia and Penelope, reside in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Dom’s journey of faith began in middle school, where he first experienced the impact of youth ministry. His youth leaders invested time in his friends and family—whether through Vacation Bible School or offering comfort during difficult times. In high school, those same leaders guided Dom and his girlfriend (now wife) through life’s transitions and challenges, always pointing them toward the truth and beauty of God’s Word.
Today, Dom is passionate about leading, guiding, and loving others in ways that draw them closer to God—especially young adults, a group often tempted to “fit in” and follow the crowd. Jesus had crowds, but few truly followed Him. Dom’s mission is to inspire authentic faith and encourage others to choose a path that honors God.
John Biswas grew up in a Christian home but was graciously met and transformed by the Lord in his mid-20s. He became acquainted with Cottage Ministries in 2020 and recognized a genuine desire for Christ among its leaders and young adults.
John currently works in finance at Penn State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife, Lakin, and their daughters, Aubrey, Mercy, and Sarah, live in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Steve Halstead is married to his beautiful wife Andrea and together they have been blessed with seven kiddos. (Koty, Jayla, Maddie, Aviya, Toby, Elli, and Waverly) He grew up north of Philadelphia where he met Andrea at a local Dairy Queen. He then attended Ethnos360 while Andrea attended Huntington College. In 1998 they married and both transferred to Lancaster Bible College where Steve got his degree in Bible with a focus on youth ministry and Andrea got her degree in Elementary Education. After graduating they moved to Williamsport where Steve began his pastorate ministry. He is currently serving as the Lead Pastor at Third Street Church in Williamsport. He loves being used by God to communicate the Word so that people "hear and understand" and "see and perceive" (Isaiah 6:9-10).
